Plumber - Recommendation

Needed to replace a kitchen sink and tap, we also had a leak from a main pipe coming in so rang Mr.Pipe for a quote and was told they would come along and take a look, waited in all day Thursday to no avail as they neither turned up or rang with an explanation. As the person I spoke to only lives a 5 minute walk away from me I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking (foolishly on my part!!) he may pop in on his way home from work or on his way to work the following morning, needless to say no-one turned up. I then looked on Kibkom to see if any one had a plumbers number and saw a couple of people had used ORHAN. I rang him yesterday morning and he said he would come along to take a look. He arrived early afternoon, priced up the job and said he would be back this morning to do it. He came this morning with the new sink, tap and all necessary equipment to complete the work. This was done in a couple of hours and we are very pleased with the result, a very tidy job and he cleaned up all his mess. On leaving he could hear our pump was still running when it shouldn't have been, we thought it was because of the previous problem with the kitchen sink but this was not the case, he said it was a problem with main roof tank and offered to take a look, it was a faulty valve, he had one in his car so replaced that for us as well. So not only did he resolve the sink problem he also solved our permanantly running pump. Excellent job well done.
