Should you get an email from Apple saying your account has been frozen. Delete it. A scam.

There's always Raspberry Pi...

Although, because they run on Linux, mine has never frozen.

Of course the email is not from Apple just some ne'er-do-well purporting to be Apple.

No email that does not address you personally should be opened without serious thought.... phrases like 'Dear Valued Customer' or 'Dear Account Holder' should ring alarm bells.

It stands to reason - if they don't know who you are sufficient to address you personally then how can they know which account to freeze or security details to update.....?
