computer help urgent

is there anyone who would look at my netbook everything fineexcept facebook and I cant seem to get it right it has white squares etc on it its my contact with home thank you

Not sure, try logging into your account from another pc/phone/tablet. Maybe use a friends computer, or one in an internet café.

That would tell you whether it was an issue with your account, or with your setup (internet connection or hardware).

Anyone out there with other ideas??

Have you tried uninstalling facebook and then reinstalling it? Perhaps delete" temporary internet files" after uninstalling and reinstalling.
Worth trying.
