Small terrier dog - Bellapais

Was at Bellapais earlier and saw this poor sole - on a chain with no water and it has dug a hole under the kennel to try and keep cool. It now has water but not sure if anyone else is aware of this dog and keeps an eye on it - I am sure nothing can be done...

So sad you can see the complete boredom with the holes dug.
