Anyone else having problems with BBC iplayer going to programme then all you get is "try again" .......? We are on multimax and receive the same problem with VPN on or off. We use online not the app, any suggestions??

Sorry if this is stating the obvious, but have you contacted Mulitmax to see if it is some technical issue they can resolve/help with? I have always found this company very helpful.
