Criminal Record Disclosure

Does anyone know if the police can provide you with a Criminal Record Disclosure that outlines that you have no record/record of criminal charges whilst here? If they do how long it may take/cost and whether Girne Police Station do it or would you have to go elsewhere? All information appreciated.

You can go to Lefkosa and they generally do it there and then (4 hours). Girne have to send it across hence the week delay. We had help from the minute we arrived from filling in the form, to getting the stamps and finally having coffee while we waited.
