Bbc/ITV iPlayer problems
Is anyone having problems watching either BBC or ITV iplayer via the internet? We are on Multimax and for the past 2 days haven't been able to watch a thing! Not talking about watching via the multimax site (as that rarely works well enough to watch!) I am trying to watch the actual BBC (or ITV) i player. Just wondered if it is just us or maybe a general problem?

If the feeds on the Multimax wbsite are not working for you then that would indicate some sort of problem local to you. If you get in touch with the office we will investigatge what is going on for you, or if you prefer you can email me directly at erolz@cream.org (do put in your name the Multimax account is under if you email).solic200 wrote:Is anyone having problems watching either BBC or ITV iplayer via the internet? There does seem to be some kind of problem with iplayer....the BBC one. I download programmes to watch, but on a number of occasions over the past few days I have been getting an error message to say that there is a problem and to try again later. Some programmes download fine, but with others I get this message.

Re: Bbc/ITV iPlayer problems
I too have had recent problems with the BBC I-player but I went into it through the Multimax VPN I have set up on my computer & then through Internet Explorer (it does not seem to work with Chrome now) & successfully downloaded 5 programmes yesterday.
Previously it kept asking me to download Adobe AIR which then kept getting stuck in a loop.
However I am sure that Erol will resolve your problems the Multimax support really does 'what it says on the tin'.

Well I must say I rang Multimax last night about the problem and within 10 mins all was working fine, my download & upload speeds were through the roof, so thanks for that.erol wrote:If the feeds on the Multimax wbsite are not working for you then that would indicate some sort of problem local to you. Businesses please do not use this forum to argue amongst each other. If you know each others telephone numbers and where offices are, then maybe arrange a date to sit down over a cup of coffee to discuss your differences.
I have deleted all posts relating to each others differences from where it started to where it ended. In future can I suggest that if you are not happy with any posts, then pease report it to the moderators rather than add fuel to fire on the forum. It's quite boring and can go on forever.

By the way please do not email about "Feedom of Speech" etc etc etc... as I will just ignore and so you will be wasting your time. Use it in a positive way and concentrate on business.
