Evening Meal
As my appreciation to the builder who hopefully would have completed the renovation to my house in Girne within the next 3 weeks I would like to take him and his family for a evening meal. It would be appreciated if anyone could recommend a restaurant in Girne for a evening meal? Mainly looking for a restaurant serving traditional kebabs, mezes and of course alcohol please

Re: Evening Meal
You would no worse than Eminem in Catalkoy, the setting is beautiful, the food you describe is what they serve, very reasonable price too.

I would suggest Beyti's at the far end of Tin Pan Alley. Not particularly glamourous and not well known among the English, but excellent food and very popular with the locals.
You have 3 weeks so you can try it before hand - you won't be disappointed.

Fully support recommendation by JBA. Been to Bruti's at least 5 times, localization, good service, great food, reasonably priced with English-speaking staff.

localization should have read 'local parking.'

Got to agree on Beyti. Not the best location in the world but the food and the service have always been excellent. I must add that we have been using this restaurant for the past ten years or more and have never been disappointed.

If you want to really say thank you then Eminen is the place to take them. Truly wonderful setting, top class food, mainly local clientele, excellent service and staff - have a look at trip adviser as well! Hungry? Try menu 3! Go have a look at the place, you can just stop in for a beer at the bar if you wish but don't miss this one.
No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.

I agree that Tervertuloa is amazing. Great food and loads of it. Lovely surroundings and very good, not rip-off prices. Went to Beytis once and never again. But then you need to try some places and then pick what would be great for your guests.

Tin Pan Alley.
Drive down to the Colony roundabout and turn left down the main shopping street. Tin Pan Allley is the first on the left - a really narrow little street. Beytis, who have plenty of parking, are on the left at the very end.

Support those that advertise on Kibkom and you will be supporting Kibkom at the same time. Tervetuloa has great Turkish mezes and food, pleasant surroundings, very reasonably priced and friendly staff. Afet treats her regulars as family. If it's a party she will go out of her way to make it a great success. You can not go wrong at this restaurant: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Ter ... 051dd3c8e1
