Can anyone recommend a good garage to service a Mitsubishi Colt.
We would prefer a garage in Karsiyaka, Lapta area if possible and also
one that uses genuine parts. We have never used a local garage before
only a dealership so we would also like an idea of price please.

Local garages can't always get genuine parts, only the sort of popular ones are usually available. Ziggy at Alsancak has serviced my old Pajero for the last 10 years and has proved reliable and very cost effective. I would recommend him. Located going from Karsiyaka towards Girne, past Golden lady, past Sevener on the right and next road on left. About 200 meters on your right. Go and have a word and if you need to leave the vehicle and want a lift to and from Karsiyaka, would be pleased to assist.

Tijen garage on the main road in the centre of Karaoglanoglu (left hand side heading towards Kyrenia). They have serviced our Subaru Forester for the last 7 years and are completely trustworthy and the car always comes back beautifully clean. Our recent service cost 400TL.

Would also endorse Ziggy having used him for many years. Just to make the directions a little clearer it is the road down to the Merit Hotels.
