Paying Multimax via PayPal
Has anyone paid Multimax via PayPal yet? I want to do this to renew my annual subscription but am unsure as to what "Delivery Address" to give to PayPal. Have tried to put in my Catalkoy address but it keeps telling me I am in the UK!!! Any help would be most welcome. Thanks.

Re: Paying Multimax via PayPal
Approximately 287 customers have paid via paypal since June 1st, 2015.
As we recognize you from your user details at your control panel, and as we will not actually ship anything to you, you can omit a shipping address or use the UK one, it will not make any difference.

Re: Paying Multimax via PayPal
As long as you are using the payment button from your logged in 'user control panel' (so we know who you are and what you are paying for) you can then use any 'delivery address' as there is nothing actually physically delivered. Please also make sure you wait for paypal to return you back to the multimax site. If you close the paypal window after you have hit pay and before it returns you to the multimax site it creates problems.

Ticket ID: KUM-332-95852
Subject: Service renewal
Department: Customer Relations
Type: Email Inquiries
Status: Open
Priority: Normal
You can check the status of or reply to this ticket online at: http://www.mmcyp.com/crm/index.php?/Tic ... -332-95852
via email but when I went to Support on my login page I could find no record of it and did not want to confuse the issue by raising it again. Now I can not close the original as it is not there can you please close it for me. Many thanks.

Considered paying by Paypal but as Multimax would not accept a Sterling payment, and Paypal would not advise regarding the Exchange rate until after the transaction, decided against it.
Now if Multimax accepted £s then.................

Re: Paying Multimax via PayPal
You can register debit/ credit cards with PayPal.For instance you can register a UK card with them.
When it comes to paying you can select that particular card for Payment.
If you want the UK bank to give the exchange rate ( recommended) you will need to cancel the default setting on PayPal that lets them do the exchange. This is hidden in the depths of the system and takes some finding.
You can also ask PayPal to 'always use' that particular UK card if you so wish for purchases.
You do not need any money in your PayPal account.

No I am sorry you do not. The current promotion of a 10% discount is only if you pay online using your customer panel and pay via paypal.jim wrote:Do you get the same deal if paying cash?
