Help with Printer

Does anyone live local to me near the Riverside Roundabout. Alsancak, who has some knowledge of Wi Fi printers. I have a new one (Epson XP-315) and it is set up and ready to print but whenever I try the item I am trying to print sits in the print queue, the status says "error printer" I troubleshoot and try to fix the problem but this says it is fixed when it is not. I have spent ages reading help guides etc as to what the problem could be but have given up and am now completely baffled. It does not help that I am technophobic of course! Lol! Anyway if some kind soul could spare me half an hour to come and help me sort the problem (probably something stupid that I have overlooked!) I would be eternally grateful, as there are some things I desperately need to print off. I will of course provide the coffee or a nice cold drink! I suppose you've tried this, but the simple isn't always the fix that you've tried.
Open "devices and printers" and delete any printer listed, except the one you want. I've used a HP B110 for a couple of years
and "ghosts" of previous printers keep getting back on line.

Thanks for the tip , yes there are other printers still listed, I will try your idea and post the result on here tomorrow.

Absolutely Brilliant!!!! Thank you so much Erol for coming round this afternoon and taking the time and trouble to fix my printer problem......it is so easy when you know how! It is heartwarming to know that there are people around who are willing to help you when things go wrong.
