We were travelling east from Girne yesterday mid-morning. Reached Marshalls Yapi, next to China Bazaar when the car stuttered, stopped and would not restart - battery was fine. Walked to Erdener Garage and explained the problem. The boss sent a mechanic, there and then, to investigate. Problem, fuel pump. Back to the boss for advice - we'll fix it now. 3 of his team then pushed the car the 60+ metres to the workshop. We then had a brunch in the cafe there and just over the hour got the message, car fixed. Shown problem parts, one of which had burnt out and charged less than 300 YTL. Thank you Erdener Garage team and a heartfelt, very good service which was much appreciated. You have a long-term customer and one who will highly recommended you.

That was really good. That sort of action makes people feel like going back.

And your post has acted as a recommendation, so good for them.

Return business and recommends are not things always justified in TRNC.
