We recently returned from a 2 week stay in Lapta. It was a most wonderful Holiday enjoyed by all 8 of us " 4 of whom were 1st time visitors".
Particular Thanks must go to; FRANK&JOAN our splendid Hosts, PACIFIC CAR hire, MO AND STAFF at THE COURTYARD, TERVETULOA Restaurant, SILVER ROCKS Restaurant (nice to bump into Rita) VENI VICI, BLUE SONG Restaurant and THE CABIN Restaurant and Beach Staff.
A very special mention must go to the Guys at SHAKKI BOAT HIRE GIRNE HARBOUR. We had the most fantastic evening Boat Trip ( just the 8 of us) with excellent Food and a really great Captain and his Wife supplying our every need. An experience which will remain with us for ever.
It was also nice to see our long time friends in Lapta. We are sorry that we did not have enough time to enjoy their Company for longer.
Despite the difficult economic situation, no-one tried to "rip us off", indeed, everyone went the extra mile to make our stay special. It says a lot for the people who work so hard to make a life there.
