Victory day today; are the banks open tomorrow?

As per the title;

Does anyone know if the banks and government offices are open tomorrow?

Just checked TREVOR'S NEWS ROUND. Today is a holiday, but not any mention of tomorrow, so yes looks like they are open.

They do not as a rule in Turkey or TRNC take holidays in lieu as we do in the UK, if it falls at a weekend its hard luck!

Tomorrow's a normal day. Next Bayram is 24th and 25th of Sepember (Thursday and Friday), 26th and 27th (weekend) the banks will be closed from lunchtime on Wednesday 23rd and will reopen on Monday the 28th.
