It is with sadness that the news of the death of Vic Lundie has come through. A posting on Facebook by Fikris Toros who often performed at fund raising concerts with Vic, particulalry at Karmi Church, advised that Vic had died. He is of course the husband of Prue Lundie who has been in charge of the BRS Blood Donaiton system. Sadly due to illness Vic has been in U.K. For some time.
May he rest in peace. If anyone has any further details, then please do post.

Many lives have probably been saved here by the wonderful work Pru and Vic did on blood donation system. They had a very difficult job when this started up many years ago. RIP Vic and my thoughts go our to the families.

What dreadfully sad new that is. We had hoped that after he was flown back to UK by air ambulance months ago now, things would improve, but clearly not. Fikri was very close to both Pru and Vic and he will almost certainly have the most up to date information. RIP Vic and our thoughts and prayers go out to Pru and family.
