The Heartbeat Cancer Charity Shop just behind Girne Hospital has more books on offer than anyone could possibly read. I think the price is 2tTL a Book! Cheaper than W.H. Smiths and even beats Asda Price

Could you give more detailed directions (coming from Ozankoy) to the Heartbeat shop please BB, and does it have parking close by, as I cannot walk very far?

Re: Where are the book stalls??
If you are coming from Ozankoy just make your way if you were going in to town.
When you come to the round-a-bout where the statues are which I call the Pia Bella round-a-bout there are two ways to go.
You can carry on straight over to go past the Pia Bella and the Hospital until you see a sign on your left which says Veronique .If you turn right the Heartbeat shop is just on your right. A white building, with green shutters and a bit derelict on the top half.
The other way is at the round-a-bout (Pia Bella) turn right to go down to the New Harbour, past Moneypennies on your right. Halfway down there is a turning to your left. Take it and follow it round until you come to the mini round-a-bout with the amphitheatre on your right. There is some waste land on your left where you can pull in and park. From there you just walk towards the back of the hospital but bearing right - you are there.
Sounds more complicated than it actually is.
At the moment I think the shop is only open Monday and Friday mornings - 9.00am till 1.00pm but in another week it should be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, same opening hours.
Hope I have not confused you - worth a visit - BBB's Other Half.
