Recommendations - someone to lay Astroturf that I've bought

I have an area of approx 80 sq. m and have bought some Astoturf. The property is in Baspinar. The builders will be levelling the ground and once this has been done I need someone to prepare (and supply) the area with sand, felt or lining and then to lay the turf. Unfortunately the company I bought the Astroturf from only supply it!

Though I wont be able to physically lay the astroturf, I have had had some experience with the product beforehand back in the U.K and can advise you that it must be laid "green-side-up"
