Kocan

I have got my share Kocan on a small site of four villas two of the villa owners haven't got there's due to a fall out with the builder. Can I progress my share Kocan to get the villa listed on the Kocan or does every one have to have there Kocan?
The site has been parcellised and all my taxes have been paid

What did your lawyer/Advocate suggest?

The way i understand it is the builder has to add the house/flat to the kochan via the land office.

I think that you really need to go to the District Land Office and ask them - even 'Avukats' are not always a reliable source of information.

Hi Nigel,

I presume the Title deed is written in Turkish ... "does it say 'Mutfak' .. 'Yatak Odasi' .... 'Banyo' in the description... ?
