Not for him direct. However, contact telephone numbers for Esentepe Belediyisi are: 823 6344/823 6114. You can always enquire if his details will be released.

In my experience, emailing anyone 'In Authority' here is akin to wring to Father Christmas - that is, you will not receive a reply.
Emails are easy to ignore, and if a dispute arises, they simply deny that they ever received it!
Far better to go along and have a face-to-face chat with the guy, make yourself known, and try to establish some sort of relationship with him.
I'm not saying that it is certain to produce results, but you'll have more chance than you will by sending an email!

As my advocate said when asked why he never responded to my emails: "It is difficult"!

I don't think the Esentepe Mayor will be in a good mood at the moment.
The court has slapped an injunction on the beach project so no further work until the injunction is lifted.
He's not a happy bear.

I agree wholeheartedly about emails to officials. If you do send them an email make sure its in perfect Turkish, an English email is deleted. If you write a letter make sure it's in Turkish. It'll most likely be binned if in English. If you know an official has a secretary, make sure she/he is sent a copy. And if you make an appointment to see an official, be prepared to sit around for hours and have people jump the queue and you be ignore. And if you do manage to get into an office for a face to face, be prepared for the official to answer his mobile at frequent intervals and for all and sundry enter the room an you be ignored. Been there, seen it, and got the T shirt. Good luck.
