I reckon that it's somewhere in the Lapta / Karsiyaka area, as you can see St Hilarion through the supports for the canopy on the Boat : -

(I've enhanced the Contrast somewhat! )

Possibly near the fish restaurant(s) right on the coast before the coast road veers inland, past the nightclubs.

Yes Keith, I reckon you are about right - definitely in the north as the boats are Girne registrations and the proximity of the Kyrenia range of mountains is diagnostic.... given what you can see in the distance I think you are right... also the rock type in foreground is symptomatic of this coastline....
