If you've never been and you want to see traditional village foods cooked in front of your very eyes then this is definitely the place to go.....

Great fun, great atmosphere, great food....

I agree. It's a really good day out. We didn't stop eating at the last one, the food was very good.

We've visited the festival and it was quite amazing - so many people, so much to see, traditional dancers, great hospitality. Do yourself a favour and go - but get there early as it gets very crowded and parking is a bit of a way from the village.
Do your best to grow old disgracefully.

In my opinion, the October eco day is the best, there is another one in Springtime too. Try the Gozleme (Turkish stuffed flatbreads), plus there's usually many different events going on throughout the day.
