Here in Ireland talk is of demolishing whole new build estates, because none sold and property just laying derelict.

I think that the irish, like many others when the Irish Tiger was leaping about, just jumped on the bandwagon, hoping the make a quick buck and it hasn't worked for a lot of people. All my life I've gone by "if it seems too good to be true, then it usually is" and by and large it's stood me in good stead.
