I know it has been mentioned before but the 12 century church has been opened to the public
Its well worth a visit and 5tl
Before you could walk round the outside and watch lizards in and out of the church
Now the ground around has been cultivated and a beautiful flower display surrounds the church which is now open so you can see inside
There are still some wall decorations pictures .Plus these are some informative displays about nearby landmarks
In the garden there is a model village with a difference Kyrenia castle the great Han and many more

Directions
Drive towards Kaplica Kantara
Past the island at Tatlisu and you will see the church on your right after about two miles enterance is on the brown of the hill
Well worth the time and chance to learn about the area

Just beyond it travelling east is the Tatlisu Beledeysi beach restaurant. Best value food in the North, great service, wonderful setting and very reasonable prices.

The sign outside says 9 to 5 daily
