Urgent replacement water tank and solar panel

Hi folks not for me this time but my neighbour is in need of a new low level water tank and solar panel replaced ASAP.
We are in bahceli area anyone any idea of costs and plumber that is reliable and not ott cheers

If you are unhappy, try Serif from Esentepe. 0533 860 7841. We live near Bahceli and we and all my neighbours use him for plumbing/pool pumps/house pumps/tank repairs. Great English. Cannot fix, no charge.
