Hi, Happy Feet. I was unaware that e-cigarettes were sold here as I was under the impression that they were illegal. For my e-cigarettes, I drive to Ledra crossing and walk 15 minutes to Tobiana E-cigarettes in the South. They have excellent e-cigarettes that won't go defective in a week (be very wary of the cheap ones). They also have high quality juices, some of which are actually manufactured in Cyprus, and rather economical too at 7 euros a bottle.

The taxi service in Ledra also sells some e-cigarettes from their trunk, but I certainly would not recommend them. In any case, I would try the 2 places mentioned by the poster above me, just be wary if they are too cheap.
