Clocks going back?

As I understand it our clocks are changing in line with Cyprus (ROC) and UK and Turkey are delaying the change for I think 2 weeks.

My evidence to support this is that THY recently updated flight times on a booking from here to the UK. The flight on 3rd Nov continues to leave at 4.20am however the arrival time in IST is now 7am instead of 6am which would indicate that we will be out of sync with Turkey.

Anyone care to update that?

I don't know a great deal about it but whilst trying to book fights recently for that time scale it did make difference to connection times , and form what I gather some of them are cut a bit fine.

The clocks will be going back 2 weeks later in Turkey due to the election on 1st November, there was a recent thread about it on Kibkom.
