I would like to get in touch with the guys who make and sell Nana Faye's Bread and Butter Pickle. If they read this or anyone knows them, please can you PM me contact details.

They usually have a stall at Lambousa market on Saturdays. I love their Bread and Butter pickle.

If you can't wait until then there are a lot of recipes for this on internet. I was quite intrigued as I'd never heard of it so was surprised to find out it was a cucumber pickle, not what I imagined from the name...unfortunately, I don't like cucumber so won't be trying it.
