TRNC - UK/EU flights for pets cancelled rumour - not true !

If anyone is planning - or has booked - their pets travel from TRNC to UK with Turkish Airlines and hears the rumour that the flights are cancelled and/or pets are being refused travel due to "the bombings in Turkey" or any other such like - it is NOT true.
Flights for pets going from TRNC to the UK have NOT been affected ( 4 have gone via KAR Pet Travel just this week with NO problems).

The reasons that some pets could have their travel arrangements changed at short notice, are for example IF there is a problem with the aircraft (eg ventilation in the pet hold - in which case they would be rescheduled onto the next available flight - usually the same day or the day after) OR there is a problem with the paperwork (they would then be refused travel) OR if there is a problem with the pets travel box , eg too small, not IATA compliant, wrong design (they would then also be refused travel).

Can confirm the information as above is accurate. Someone started this rumour re Turkish Airlines for some silly reason of their own. If in doubt contact KAR on 0533 8694098 for accurate and up to date information at all times.
