What does this message mean please (Problem solved)

A message has appeared on my Kibcom screen and I don't understand it.

You have 1P.M currently on hold because of full folder. Release all on-hold messages.

What are on-hold messages please?

Have you checked your pm folder. I think it can only hold up to 100 messages. If the folder is full then no more messages can be received. If this is the case then you would need to delete some messages to empty the folder.

If it isnt this then maybe someone else can help.

I thought that might be the case so deleted 95percent of in, sent etc Forum messages. I know who its from because of warning message I get in my gmail account at the same time, telling me to open the Forum.

Once you have freed space by deleting old messages you can then click on "Release all on-hold messages" link and this will 'free up' the held message so you can read it.
