What time is it in N Cyprus?

What time is it here? I read a couple of weeks ago that Turkey was not changing clocks until 8th November due to elections next weekend, so are we in sync with them, or South Cyprus? My Digiturk box is showing 1 hour ahead of rest of gadgets in the house.

Clocks in TRNC moved back one hour during last night but Turkey is not until 8th November

Thank you for your sensible answer. People should be made aware of the difference because of course it effects flights, ferries and all sorts, and like I said Digiturk box is showing time on Turkey mainland which is now +1 hour then on TRNC until 8th November. http://www.fethiyetimes.com/news/44-new ... -back.html

Thanks, Squashmad, our posts must have crossed in the, well, post. Maybe Turkey should tell the world clock websites about the postponements - they are still showing GMT+2?

It appears there is a lot of confusion in Turkey as all electronic goods which have automatic changes have put the hour back so phones pc's etc are all out of sync.

Had to manually alter the time on the phones so Turkcell must be following mainland Turkish time

My turkcell sim changed the time on Saturday
