kibtek bills

Received my last bill via the new email system, but ten mins ago got my current one in paper form....
not a problem but just a bit confusing.

I have not received a text or email since giving them my details months ago.

I received a text to register my account details over 2 months/2 meter readings ago. Since they I have not received any text, email or paper bill. My neighbours have continued to receive paper bills.

I called at the Kibtek office in Girne this morning. Despite already providing my account and contact details I was asked to fill in a form with the details again!

My old meter was changed last Saturday for a new digital one. The old meter reading taken at the same time. At Kibtek office this morning there were no details of my last metere reading on their computer screen, so I wait patiently for them to update their system and hope I will eventually receive a text or email with my latest bill.

I assume other customers are experiencing similar problems as they now have a dedicated office assistant sat at the bottom of the stairs of the office helping everyone to fill in forms and answering any queries.

Could some one kindly post a photo of the new meter so i can see if I have one or not?

Thanks Erol we have had those meters on our site for 5 years! so I guess we wont need to be changed.

In addition to the paper bill I have today received a text and an email detailing the bill. Bit of overkill methinks.

Got my new meter last month and a paper bill at the time. Also got text and email a week later. This month just the text and email. Email has an attachment with the full breakdown of the bill, items in Turkish and English.
