Off site airport parking at Ercan

Just left my car at the off site car park at Ercan airport be advised that the price has increased from 5tl per day too 8 tl per day. Still cheaper that on site car park but a big increase none the less

Please advise, what is the procedure for using this off-site car park, specifically:

1. Is there always someone there 24/7?

2. Do you get a ticket when you arrive - if not, how do they know how long you have been parked?

3. Do you pay in advance, or when you collect your car?

4. Do you have to leave your car keys with them?

Used it four times

Never seems to be anyone in the kiosk when I get there (5am) so just park the car

On return tell the guy how many days it's been there and pay accordingly.

I thought it was 24 hr security, Still official Airport car park for me.

I parked there for five days last week. I had to wake-up the young guy in the kiosk to pay in advance. At first I thought it was unmanned although the light was on. He was fast asleep lying down. It was about 5-30 in the morning, perhaps he'd had a hard night! Seriously though, in my opinion it's still not bad value at 8TL per day. PapaBravo, you do not leave your keys with them. You do get a ticket when you pay and produce it on your return.

Does anyone have the up to date prices for parking at Ercan airport official car park please?
Searched on google but their website is out of date.
Also used the search the search facility on this forum. Last post on the subject was Oct 2014.

Bonnie - I parked at the airport last week for 10 days, I can't give you a complete breakdown of costs(forgot to check the list displayed) but the total cost was 105TL, possibly 25tl for first 24hrs and then 10tl per day after that.................
