looking for an electrical hook plate

Does anyone know where I can buy one please?

Don't know whereabouts you are, but a likely place is Sparks Akasya DIY Centre on the coast road past Lapta, nearing Karsiyaka (but before Club Simena) - has a lot of stuff; electrical, plumbing, tools - you name it - I've found them very useful and helpful. There may be other branches; I'm not sure whether it's a chain....

I needed a rare part for a light fitting and I went to Electrecer (spelled wrong I think) at the fountain Island near Colony Rd. They were extremely helpful and looked through lots of boxes of bits downstairs, and found what I needed, maybe worth a try, they will also have the trunking and most other electrical bits.

All electrical and most lighting shops have them, my local Yapi too so you wont have any trouble if you take a picture in.

If you are West of town, best option, and far cheaper than many electrical shops will be the small shop on the corner opposite the road that runs down to Mare Monte. (It's opposite the old Chapter One, now called Bereket).

The lady in there will have all you are looking for.

Thank you for your replies, I am east of Girne, we managed to find an electrical supply shop in tin pan alley (back of the colony)
