Alsatian Dog - Karsiyaka

There is a Alsatian cross with Collor running loose on e main road between mini startling and club simena. It has been loose for over a week and is going to get killed or cause an accident. If you know who owns his animal please let them know, if you don't, take care when driving. I have seen it during the day and at night running like a mad thing in and out of the traffic .

There is a sign up at the Karsiyaka coffee shop in Turkish with a picture of a cross Alsatian so tomorrow morning I will get my husband to translate and let whoever posted this to know about above posting.
