White Card Plus

I came across this: http://www.hri.org/news/cyprus/tcpr/201 ... .tcpr.html whilst searching for any information at all on the BRS web site regarding the progress of the "White Card Legislation. Strangely, it is a report in a Greek paper! I say "strangely" as it seems that the GC's can find out what is happening in the North but we have to trawl through endless rubbish just to find a link to information.

Anyway, have a look, some of it is interesting!
