UK pension shortfall ?

I have a shortfall of 5 yrs contributions from my uk pension due to moving here to Cyprus a few yrs ago. So my question is, I know I can buy yrs back but I am not sure of the max amount I can buy and at what cost, and also would it be worth my while actually buying these yrs back or as I am 59yrs old would it be better maybe to pay a voluntary stamp for the next 5yrs or so, if that's allowed of course being British?
Any sensible feed back would be appreciated.
Thanks.

You need to be sure your health will be OK if you make additional contribution's, otherwise you may lose out, unless the benefits go to your wife???

Pensions are a personal thing to you and Ozankoys is correct in that you should find out your own information. Just this morning on the News in UK there has been more talk on Pensions, who qualifies, what is happening to the people who were not given enough time to prepare for the transition to a later age for retirement etc. There is talk now of National Insurance increases and how it will affect future pensions. The advice so far has been that people should get a Pension forecast so they can plan for the changes.

In the meantime there is this link(scroll down) which may help
