Pre 1974 Land

Not sure if this has been covered previously but could anyone of you Kibkomers help me!
I am doing a little research and was wondering if anyone knows the value of land prior to 1974? This could either be arable or building land.

Many thanks.

Not wishing to throw a dampener, but this is probably a "how long is a piece of string" question - there would be so many factors affecting price; for arable - quality (rockiness or otherwise), water availability/rights, flat or mountainous, etc, while for building - land contour again, proximity to (semi-) decent roads, towns and associated amenities....Price/value could be opposite extremes depending on desired usage - as in arable (farming) as opposed to building - a version of one man's meat is another man's poison...

Ahhh I see what you mean. What about flat land, growing a few olive trees. Would that help in getting a reply?

Many thanks

Sorry forgot to mention that the said land would be in a village with Tarmac access!

I think that as a rule, pre 74 land is twice the price of exchange land.
