3 people I know have recently been cut off by Kibtek automatically with the new Meters.
All of them were up to date with payments or even in credit.
If you suspect you have been cut off, or have no power, then have a look at your meter.
Just underneath the display there are a row of letters. If there is an arrow pointing down at the letters SD, this means your meter is out of service and that you have been cut off.

Yes, you can check online...
If you have a read of the posts on this thread from earlier this year, you'll see just how - basically, you have to register online with Kibtek - best to use Chrome as your browser as this translates the page. Once you've registered, enter all the relevant details as detailed in this thread, and that should do the job.
