Thank you Lapta Belediyesi water department

Went to Lapta Belediyesi regarding a problem with top up of water card. Was directed to the water office. Two very helpful gentlemen checked it on their computers then said someone would come to our house, were we going straight home? We did, and were only there 5 minutes before he appeared. He had to take the card away but we got it back at Karsiyaka office the following day.
We have had a few problems with water supply over the last couple of years and the guys in the water department have always been cheerfully helpful and usually got a quick solution. Well done to them.
