In the interests of community service to those who love brussels sprouts as I do, found some today at the Sah supermarket, decent sized, great condition.

Why does it need to be Christmas to eat sprouts? Nothing to do with tradition. I love them any day

I brought up 4 children who all hated brussels sprouts.But they promised to eat them Xmas day,and I thought they had.........but they had been secretly feeding to our little dog under the table....the poor dog had smelly farts for days !!!! enjoy your sprouts,broccoli for me xx

I cook them in chicken stock then mix with bacon and chestnuts and a little butter. Lovely.
