New year, New you?

Maybe you went into the new year with good intentions, this will be the year you eat less, exercise more etc. Or maybe you know from previous years that for you this never works. Well maybe you would be interested in coming to a 'healthy living workshop' that we are starting (based on the needs of our patients) at our clinic in Kyrenia. It will be once a fortnight and include where appropriate weigh-ins, dietary advice, group exercise amongst other things. It will cost 25tl per session per person. If this is something you would be interested in and would like more information about please contact me as soon as possible as for it to be beneficial to those attending we will be limiting spaces.
