Kibtek bill via website
Anyone having the same problems via the kibtek website . It won't let me log in to see the bills ?

Yes been trying for 2 days. It looks like they've updated the website so hopefully it will be working again soon.

You have to re-register to the new site ..
The new bill only shows the amount payable ..
No reference to the no of units used ..

I have re registered but cannot view any bills! Google chrome is not translating the pages of kibtec (but working fine on others) so I given up for now. Just when I thought I had it all sorted out.

It had been working fine, text, emails paper bill etc, until this month and nothing, I went onto KibTec site and had to re-register and could access the amount we owed. Will await to see what happens next month!

Kibtec seem to be charging for different time periods - my December bill was posted on 15th December but the January bill came in today 28th January.

We still have man come round to read meter, leaves paper bill, plus textmessage plus e mail! Last month read on 18th this month read meter today. Sorun yok!

Had a bill this morning ( 1 week early!) but unable to access the new website. have entered all the correct details to re-register butt nothing works. Just how do they think we are going to be able to pay the bill if we can't see what we owe? Has anyone "cracked" this yet?

I managed to register yesterday okay. You get an acknowledgment that you have successfully registered but when I used a tablet I couldn't see it unless I scrolled down. It just said you have successfully registered now log in. Did you try logging in straight after registering? If you are on a tablet you may have to scroll down again after logging in to enter your Hesap No. The new site gives you less info that the old one, maybe a work in process, so you can only see the bare bones of the last two bills. No information about readings.

After 3 attempts have apparently achieved registration by going to the office. The very helpful guy re-entered email address & phone number (again) and the bill arrived via sms with the total, and email with the breakdown. English translation by each item. Holding my breath for next month.
