PC problems help required

Hi, I watch Netflix using an IP address blocker which is SaferVPN. There are different protocol setting and I have tried them all.
Last night I watched and all was fine but today I cannot connect as it says that there is a problem with you are using an unblocker or Proxy and to switch off. I have re booted the Safervpn to get a new IP address for the UK, I have reloaded SaferVPN to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also in the last 2 days I get an error message on start up which says:

Start up repair

Your computer was unable to start...
Start up repair is checking your system for problems...

Any suggestions welcome also has anyone experienced any of the same problems?

Netflix is now available pretty much everywhere except china. You should be able to access your netflix subscription without the need for a VPN at all. The exact content available does vary from country to country. Since netflix went 'world wide (minus china)' it has been reported that they have also stepped up their efforts to block VPN based access and that is probably related to your problems when using your VPN with Netflix. I would just try netflix without a VPN.

As to the start up repair problem, does the machine start up ok once it has done the checking ? If it does then I would suggest trying a system restore from before when the message started to appear and see if that solves the problem.
