Just read this article in relation to UK solicitors

I know that NC 'advocates' are not qualified lawyers in the UK sense but perhaps they would like to read and take note. If the north ever does come under the EU laws and regulations I think they will be in for a big shock.

Not only do the advocates deserve a shake up but the TRNC courts and the system.

I can only go by our personal experience on this matter and for us, Mine Konat , in Girne, handled our house sale by power of attorney in a professional manner

Looseboots,your experience was certainly a different one to ours! Not going into details.

Mine Konat did well for us. She sorted the mess, the previous man left(Öner Serifoglu from Famagusta), held power of attorney for us until we got our PTP, she communicated regularly and still advised us without charge on a couple of other issues we had.

we had a very bad experience with mine konat,we are still suffering !!!!
