There used to be a bus ran from the bus station at the top of Ledra Street to the Mall of Cyprus. Only a couple of Euros as I recall.
I assume it still does, I am sure someone will be able to confirm.
Also, if you need a trip to Ikea, a taxi to the crossing would be expensive (You need the Ledra Street crossing for the bus).
It would be a good use of the forum for people to offer lifts in exchange for maybe lunch, or vice-versa.
However, anyone using this must really pre-agree what will be brought back in a car in terms of possible customs interest.

Yes the bus still runs. 1.50 Euro each way.

Bus no 158 or 160 go to Cyprus Mall. Well, they did last year, so I expect the bus numbers are still the same.

Just ask the guy in the office, he's very helpful.
