Reading and Registering on Kibtek from UK in English
Hi Everyone, I am struggling to find out how to check what electricity is being billed for my property. Thought I had registered for SMS, but nothing as come so far to show usage.
I am really struggling to access the Kibtek site in English so I know what to do to fix the problem.
Can anyone advise how to access site and view in English as the site does not appear to have two languages on it as a selection.
I have tried translate but ok until you have to fill in details about personal and property details.

Try using Google Chrome as the browser. This gives you the opportunity to translate the web pages. I did and managed to register on the Kb tek web site
As I got older I congratulated myself on my tolerance..... Now I realise I just don't give a "ooops"

We registered several months ago but nothing materialised either by SMS or email. I emailed Kibtek last week and asked to receive bills via email. Got a response (not automated) the next day saying we were now registered and would get by email in future. I emailed back to request January's bill and they emailed back by return with the whole of the last years bills - couldn't fault them for service on this occasion.

If you access the site via Google chrome - right click on the page you wish to see in English , this will give you the option to translate to English. However their new website is causing me problems. I have re-registered and it has accepted all my details including the account number but will not produce any invoice details. Very frustrating!!

It seems to take anywhere up to 2 months for the system to start showing your bills - some people have found that it happens sooner than that, but it's often quite a while - it may be because the bill is now dated according to the account number, or meter number, whereas it used to be governed by the meter reader's journey around different areas... (but that's only a guess! )muffin1 wrote:If you access the site via Google chrome - right click on the page you wish to see in English , this will give you the option to translate to English.
