Kibtek Web-Site
I'm having great difficulty trying to track my electricity bill on their new web-site.
Would appreciate any advice.
Many thanks.

Re: Kibtek Web-Site
Art, found this from an earlier post....hope it helps:
No matter whose name the meter is in you first need to register on that site. Once you have registered you can login to the site. If you are using Google Chrome then it will be translated to English for you as well. When you start to login make sure that the box that say's email actually contains your email address that you registered with - mine keeps coming up with my name and I have to re-enter my email address every time. Fill in the password you chose when you completed registration. Click on "Introduction". You now have to fill in both the empty boxes - the first one is asking for your account number - the second one is asking for your subscribe number. Your account number is your Hesap number on the old paper bill, your subscribe number is the Tuketici Number on the old paper bill. Once you have filled in those numbers, click on "The Last Detail Invoice" button and then on OK in the drop down box - all the other drop down is asking you is if the details you have put in are correct but that stays in Turkish. You will then see a page that gives all your details and a short breakdown of your current bill, including how much you need to pay. If you click on the "Call" button instead of "The Last Detail Button Invoice" it will only display the last bill you have paid (maybe in the future this button will actually display all the payments you have made - who knows?).

It says in Turkish that you need to re-register. Once you have done this it should work fine and on the new website you only need to enter your account number.

The new format of the bill does not show how many units have been used .. Only amount payable ..
Any way of find out units used ?

The website is http://www.kibtek.com then choose the option on the left hand side "Fatura Bilgileri". You then need to register a username and password. Once you have done this you just put in your account number (Hesap number on the bill) and you will get the bill amount.
