Rent apartment in North Cyprus

We are looking for a 2 bed flat in Kyrenia to move on the 17th of Fabruary 2016, not far from the sea. We plan to rent it for 2 months together with my son. Is it possible to find no more than 150 euro monthly? Can anyone recommend private landlord or an agency?
