To be serious, just for a change, it probably refers to a 'Erythrocyte sedimentation rate' test, see here

you can go in any day, or ring to make an appointment. You need to get a couple of pots from the eczane, and do a pooh and wee to
take to be tested.
PSA is a prostrate test for the men.

This also includes an apointment with Dr Kemal Kamiloglu to discuss your test results.
