He Blew His Mind Out In A Car,
He hadn't noticed that the lights had changed. Did he or didn't he ? Does the Abbey Rd. cover and many other lyrics say more ? I think I will need to see Ringo actually make statement before I believe this.

Just one of the Beatles' songs', of which so many (together with album covers, pictures of shod and unshod people etc.) have generated innumerable "realities", "alternatate realities", "truths", conspiracy and other theories.....

I think in ref. to the news today that Ringo Star supposedly made a statement that Paul Mac Cartney was kiled in a R.T.A. in 1966. Then replaced with a spot on lookalike. But John could not get along with him. But supposedly a better musician than Paul. Ringo says he does not want to take the secret to his grave and that many Beatles songs are rife with clues.

Re: He Blew His Mind Out In A Car,
I don't think that this is 'News'...
This story was reported in February 2015, and was comprehensively de-bunked by snopes
In addition, MI5 also announced an investigation to determine if an impostor could have indeed posed for 48 years as the Member of the Order of the British Empire, Sir James Paul McCartney, during official ceremonies involving Queen Elizabeth II.
The conclusion? - Do I need to tell you?

Re: He Blew His Mind Out In A Car,
Come on - it's about time the real truth was told - McCartney didn't die, because he and Elvis were actually pilot and co-pilot of that second world war bomber that was found on the moon - that's why he was replaced in the Beatles; the UK and US governments needed him to carry out this dangerous mission.....It was necessary to ensure that the Russians didn't get to the moon first, and they needed more time to fabricate convincing "Apollo moon landings".....

Yes I thought it was a bit far fetched. Makes me wonder who comes up with these things.

Re: He Blew His Mind Out In A Car,
It was on Facebook today ! That is why it has come up again. Who knows! Truth is often stranger than fiction. All I want is to see the Death Certificate, and then I could be a believer! I could almost believe the story of he and Elvis as pilot and co-pilot!!!!

Stay with "could" rather than "would" - "death" certificates can be useful accessories when wanting/needing to disappear - whether it be witness protection, evading the bad guys or the good guys etc.......

The word 'could' was very liberate! As I mature (albeit at a very slow rate) I have increasingly become a 'Doubting Thomasina'
